| 摘 要： | 为完善脑栓通胶囊的质量标准,全面监控其质量,采用HPLC法建立测定其中香蒲新苷、异鼠李素-3-O-新橙皮苷、芍药苷、β-蜕皮甾酮的含量测定方法。研究了12批次药品中4个有效成分含量,表明本法具有准确、简便、经济实用等优点,可同时测定君药蒲黄中的香蒲新苷、异鼠李素-3-O-新橙皮苷,臣药赤芍和漏芦中的芍药苷、β-蜕皮甾酮含量,为控制该药质量提供了新方法。 |

| Abstract: | A HPLC method of quantitative analysis was established to determine Typhaneoside, Isorhamnetin-3-O-neohespeidoside, Paeoniflorin and β-Ecdysonein in Naoshuantong Capsules for improving its quality standard. The present study determined the four effective contents in twelve batches of the medicine and proved that the new-established method is simple, accurate, economical and practical. The study provides a new method for quality control of Naoshuantong Capsule. |
