创新型人力资源流动与评价机制研究

摘    要:创新型资源对于国家以及地区的发展具有重要战略意义。人力资源流动是按照生产社会化、科学技术整体化的客观要求所进行的空间动态调节。在关注创新型人力资源流动的同时要警惕人力资源流失带来的危害。研究了创新人力资源的流动评价机制,使用科学的评价体系,把工作能力及工作绩效作为衡量创新型人力资源的主要标准,并作为流动机制的原动力,指出要特殊的吸纳创新型人才、使人才的创新能力与企业组织的创新力有机结合,做到人尽其才。

Abstract:innovation resources for the national and regional development has important strategic significance.The mobility of human resources in accordance with the socialization of production,science and technology the whole of the objective requirements of space dynamic regulation.On the innovation of human resource flow and to guard against the loss of human resources in danger.This paper studies the innovative human resource flow evaluation mechanism,the use of scientific evaluation system,work ability and work performance as a measure of innovation human resources in the primary standard,and as the flow mechanism of motive power,points out that we should not to stick to one pattern with the talent,the use of human resources,to give full scope to the talents.
