浅谈高校图书馆的循证实践

介绍了循证图书馆事业的概念,借鉴国外相关资料列举了循证实践在高校图书馆营销、解答读者咨询以及管理决策等方面的应用,提出了可通过培养交叉学科的图书馆学情报学人才、提高图书馆工作的渗透与参与性、成立杂志俱乐部等途径,加速发展高校图书馆的EBL。

Talking about the Evidence-based practice of University Library

This paper introduces the definition of evidence-based librarianship,and borrowing ideas from relative infomation of foreign countries,lists its application in university library’s marketing,advising consultations to readers,and making managerial decision,and puts forward three paths for speeding up the development of EBL（evidence-based librarianship）,which include cultivating the talents of interdisciplinary of library science and information science, improving the permeability and participatory of university library work,and establishing the journal club.
