摘    要:本文着重阐述了用ABS树脂对酚醛树脂的改性及各种因素对粘接强度的影响,通过差热分析(DTA)和红外光谱分析等手段,对ABS与酚醛的反应机理及固化产物的性能从理论上作了初步探索与说明。在制胶过程中,对使用新型的反应性溶剂以及固化反应催化剂和交联促进剂等进行了一些尝试。结果表明。经过ABS改性后的酚醛胶粘剂,在粘接强度、耐热性等方面都有了很大的改善与提高。

Abstract:This paper emphaticaily introduces that the phenolic resin was modified by ABS resin and that the bonding--strength was effected by some factors. Through DTA analysis and infra, red soectrum analysis etc. the reaction mechanism of phenolic resin with ABS and the characteristics of solidified products were investigated and oreliminarilv exolained in theory We also tried to make use of the new type reactive solvent, the solidified catalyst and cross-linking. promoter. Experiments showed that phenolic resin modified by ABS resin was a great improvement on the unmoclified one in bonding-strength and heat-endurance.
