| 摘 要： | 本文分三个部分从理论上阐述了武术的实用技法,即拳法、腿法、摔法及其在散手比赛中的实际运用。要求运动员不仅要具备全面的身体素质和技术水平,而且要能合理地运用战术,发挥个人长处,并力求使用简单而实用的方法去战胜对手取得胜利。

| Abstract: | this article comprises three parts, and deals theoreticallywith the applied devices in wushu, i. e. the fisticuffs, kicking and wre-stling and their applications in free-hand combat. It points out thatthe athlete should not only possess an all-round developed physique andtechnical competence, but also apply wisely these tactics and make thebest of his own strong points to defeat his opponent with simple andpratical tactics. |
