| 摘 要： | 系统思维是基于系统观点和方法的思维方式，系统工程是系统思维在工程领域的应用，是总体技术活动的体现。对系统思维与系统工程在中国航天组织管理等方面的应用进行了分析和总结。面对今天技术和管理复杂性的挑战，在组织管理上必须强调系统思维，在工程研制中必须强调系统工程方法。
