薄壁球壳内部爆炸的变形与破坏模拟

摘    要:根据薄壁球壳内爆炸引起的动态变形和破坏特征,建立了其分析模型。计算表明:壳体发生破坏,是由于开始时刻在壳内积聚的弹性能的耗散,所以忽略外力功,不考虑剥落破坏;碎片数目与施加荷载密切相关;脉冲荷栽较小时与初始速度接近平方关系,而脉冲荷载较大时,则脉冲荷载与初始速度及脉冲荷载与碎片数目均接近线性关系。

Abstract:According to the characters of distortion and fragmentation of pellicle ball under inner explosive an analysis model is established. Calculation indicates that because of the dissipation of the accumulated elastic energy in the ball at the beginning, external energy and crumbling fragmentation are ignored, that the number of fragment is closely related with the load, and that when the pulse is smaller, it has a square relation with initial velocity, and when bigger, a linear relation that is as well as the number of fragment.
