| Abstract: | On the basis of the challenge and development set for the personnel in the 21 st century, the article fully deals with the administrative work of the first-year undergraduates under the credit system. The author develops the article, centring upon the freshmen' role switch, creating collective atmosphere, educational management, strengthening of instruction, giving full play to the students' iniative and self-control. |
