交通运输系统结构优化及投资分析

利用投入产出分析方法，研究交通运输系统的多种重要产品或劳动的产业结构特征，从而求得交通运输系统各部门的投资比例，并进一步指出交通运输系统中空客运、公路客运、水路货运、空货运、水路客运现实产值比例偏高，铁路货运、铁路客运、公路货运现实产值比例偏高，铁路货运、铁路客运、现实产值比例偏低；根据偏离度的大小及单独调整某部门所能获得的是大最终产品率的大小，指出近期应优先考虑调整铁路货运、空客运部门的产值比例；随后再进一步考虑调整铁路客运，公路客运，公路货运、水路货运、空货运、水路客运部门的产值比例。

Industrial Structure and Investment Optimization in Transportation System

Industrial optimization in transportation system is one key of investment assignment's optimization. In this paper, an optimum industrial structure was studied and investment assignment proportions of the various departments in transportation system were sought out by using input and output method. Taking Shanghai as an example, it pointed out which are higher than the relevant optimum proportion, which are lower than the relevant optimum proportion. The industrial adjusted direction was proposed according to the degrees of deviation and the maximum final product rates for regulating alone one department's proportion.
