完善我国信息公开制度的政策建议

信息公开制度是国家民主法治发展到一定阶段的必然产物。目前,我国的信息公开制度由于还未上升到国家法律的层次,其约束范围、执行力和强制力均存在局限,从而影响信息公开的效果。梳理了国外关于信息公开制度方面的特点和经验,结合我国现行制度的不足,提出了完善我国信息制度的政策建议。
