| Abstract: | Taking the construction of the new Xiaqincun Village, Suburb of Changzhi City, as the example, and connecting with the local actual situation, this paper searches an effective path for constructing the new countryside through integrating the resources and subsidizing the agriculture with the coal from how to carry out the policy of that the industry compensates the agriculture and the city supports the countryside. |
