新疆锡伯族构建和谐民族关系之要因探寻

乾隆二十九年（1764年）西迁新疆伊犁戍边的锡伯族,经过248年的风霜雨雪,用祖祖辈辈持之以恒的坚守维护了国家边疆的安全,用世世代代勤劳的双手开垦荒地、发展经济、建设新家园,以坚强的信念完整地将锡伯族传统文化传承至今。更值得一提的是在维护民族团结,构建和谐的民族关系方面做出了巨大的贡献。究其要因有四：历史基础因素、政治制度因素、经济发展因素和文化教育因素。

Harmonious Ethnic Relations Constructed by Xibo People in Xinjiang

During the reign of emperor Qianlong （1764）, some Xibe people migrated to Yili in Xinjiang to guard the frontier. They underwent various difficulties and hardship during the 248 years. With perseverance they have safeguarded the national border and handed down their tra- ditional culture completely from generation to generation. What＇ s more important is that Xibo people have made a tremendous contribution to the maintenance of national unity and the con- struction of harmonious relation with other ethnic groups. All these achievements are believed to be attributed to historical, political, economical, cultural and educational factors.
