论高校思想政治理论课教师应具备的道德人格魅力及塑造

思想政治理论课是高校德育的主渠道、主阵地，也是我国大学教育的本质体现。要使大学生从接收，到接受，再到真正认同马克思主义的核心价值体系，完全信服党的创新理论，教师就要在高尚道德情操、健康心理素质与人文情感、正确价值观与人生态度、高雅的文化品位与优雅的气质、良好的人际交往能力、使人愉悦的亲和力等方面下功夫，努力塑造自己的道德人格魅力，增强课堂教学的吸引力、感染力、说服力，以达到提高教学实效性的目的。
