民族牧区撤乡并镇对当地畜牧业的影响探究

撤乡并镇是近年来被广泛探讨的一个话题，同时也是近年来国家大力提倡的一项政策。但是在内蒙古兴安盟乌兰毛都苏木，由于牧区的分散，撤乡并镇后反而给牧民带来很多不便，在城镇地区实行效果良好的撤乡并镇政策并不适合直接推广至民族牧区，因此在撤乡并镇的同时应该辅助一些配套政策，使政策真正的给牧民带来实惠。在制定政策时应结合实地情况，也应该设立相应的监测制度体系，对其效果作系统、全面的长期评估，总结教训、推广经验。
