| 摘 要： | 生态型产业集群是促进人类与自然和谐的产业发展模式,也是实现可持续发展的最有效途径。根据物质流动的结构方式,生态型产业集群可划分为围绕核心企业的依托型、多企业平等共生型和循环食物链型等。生态产业集群的构建不仅涉及区域功能定位、产业共生与生态建设,还涉及政策法规、价值观念及人文环境等的根本转变。构建生态产业集群,需要作出正确的路径选择与制度安排。

| Abstract: | The eco -industrial cluster is a new industrial development mode to promote the har- mony between nature and human being as well as the most effective way to achieve sustainable development. According to the construction of material flow, eco - industry - based cluster can be categorized as the key - industry derivative mode, multi - industry symbiosis mode and circu- lar ＂food - chain＂ mode, etc. The construction of eco - industry - based cluster involves not on- ly the functional orientation of the region, industry symbiosis and eco - environment construc- tion, but also the fundamental changes in policies and regulations, belief and values and human- istic environment. Right choice of the systems and development directions must be taken in the construction of eco - industry - based cluster. |
