搭建产业框架 打造传媒人才孵化基地——国内高校传媒专业实践教学调整策略

针对当前传媒行业整体“劳动力”供求失衡的现状,提出顺应行业发展,以产业经营的思路灵活调整传媒专业教学,纵向拉长实践教学时间链条,增加学生动手机会;横向拓宽实践教学范围,增加传媒专业师生进入该产业的角度和领域;促进与传媒实体的资源共享与优势互补,把高校传媒专业打造成为传媒人才的孵化基地。

Constructing the Practice Base to Train the Media Talents--Study on the Practice Teaching Adjustment of the Journalism Major in Domestic University

In Media Industry, the supply of labor force has exceeded the demand. This article points out that we should conform to the trend of the industry development and adjust news specialty teaching with new idea of the industrial management. Longitudinal elongation of practice teaching chain should be performed, which can increase operating opportunities for students. An university should laterally widen the range of practice teaching to provide advantage complementary and resources share with the media entity and construct the practice base to train the media talents.
