| 摘 要： | 在对扎根理论方法起源、发展与哲学思想分析基础上,通过对社会科学与管理学研究属性及范式的分析,对扎根理论与传统管理研究方法在方法论层面进行了系统研究,并对如何将二者进行综合融合设计进行探讨,分析基于扎根理论思想与方法的管理研究方法论体系,以期对扎根理论在管理研究中的应用有所指导。

| Abstract: | In recent years, grounded theory more and more attracts the attention of management research academia as a kind of classical social science qualitative research method. In this pa- per, the origination, development and philosophic ideology of grounded theory are analyzed. The research qualities and paradigm of social science and management discipline are discussed and compared. Based on the above analysis, grounded theory and traditional management re- search method are integrated at the level of methodology design.
