钨丝/铜复合材料的力学性能

摘    要:采用石英管渗流水淬法制备了钨丝/铜复合材料,研究了其力学性能.结果表明,体积分数为60%的钨丝/铜复合材料具有1 185 MPa的拉伸强度和1 340 MPa的压缩强度,压缩时的塑性应变达到6.4%,复合材料存在一定的拉压不对称性.

Abstract:Tungsten fiber reinforced copper matrix composites are prepared by quartz tube infiltrating and water quenching, and its mechanical properties are investigated. The results show that the tensile and compressive strength and compressive plastic strain of tungsten fiber with 60% volume fraction reinforced copper matrix composites are 1 185 MPa, 1 340 MPa and 6.4%, respectively; tensile and compressive asymmetry exists in the composites.
