| 摘 要： | 研究了辣椒产地、提取条件及浓缩方法对吸光度比的影响。指出用益都产辣椒，常温条件下溶剂浸取，使用真空膜式蒸发器浓缩，可获得较高吸光度比的辣椒油树脂。

| Abstract: | the influence of chilli growing area,extractive condition and concentrated method of chilli oil resin on the dulling luminosity ratio are studied.It points out that the chilli oil resin possessing a higher dulling luminosity ratio can be obtained by using Yidou chilli,under normal temperature to extract and in a vacuum membrane evaporator to concentrate. |
