| 摘 要： | 在高校办学经费匮乏的今天,贷款已逐渐成为解决高校办学经费缺口的渠道之一,但由于缺乏相关的制度规范与政策指导,高校在贷款过程中存在着许多迫切需要解决的问题。梳理探讨这些问题,对于在理论上与实践操作上规范高校贷款有着重要意义。

| Abstract: | The loans have gradually become a channel of dealing with the shortage of university expenditures. However, being lack of related system and regulations, there are some urgent problems needed to be solved. Probing into these problems are helpful with standardizing bank loans for universities theoretically and practically. |
