摘    要:通过对高校图书馆管理实践中出现的部分读者不良违规行为及其原因的分析,指出应针对读者群的心理特征,加强图书馆与读者的沟通,完善图书馆规章制度,预防读者的违规行为,并就如何执行规章制度的问题提出了若干新思路。

Abstract:Through the analysis on the violations of some readers in university library's management practices and their reasons,this paper points out that in connection with the psychological features of the reader groups,the library should strengthen the communication with the readers,perfect library's rules and regulations and prevent the violations of the readers,and puts forward some new ideas of implementing the rules and regulations.
