| 摘 要： | 面对劳动力市场的高度竞争，越来越多的人在职业素质提升的方面遭受着种种障碍。为了帮助待业者从容应对职业素质渐高的实际要求，职业咨询需要更多地维护和强化待业者们在迎接实际生活挑战方面的心理优势。本文旨在为职业咨询提出一种为挑战做准备的方法，着重强调3个主要的环节，即探索（exploring）、预见（envision）和实施（enactment）。

| Abstract: | Facing the highly competitive in labor market, more and more people are suffering from obstacles in improving professional quality. In order to help the job -waiting people to meet the actual requirement of professional quality, occupational counseling needs to maintain and strengthen their psychological advantage to meet the actual challenge. This paper aims to put forward one career counseling method of preparing for challenge, that is, exploring, envision, and enactment. |
