调制波长对铜—镍纳米多层膜磨损性能的影响

摘    要:研究了用电沉积法制得的不同调制波长纳米多层膜的滑动磨损状况、试验方法是把不同调制波长的多层膜与52100钢的外圆柱柱面在不同载荷下进行无润滑磨损、试验结果表明,铜-镍纳米多层对钢无润滑滑动的磨损抗力与单一金属铜或镍膜相比大大增加,而且调制波长越小,其磨损抗力越大。

Abstract:Sliding wear of multilayer films with different modulation wavelength of nanometers by electrodeposition has been studied. The wear resistances of the multilayer films are tested in unlubricated sliding against the cylinder of type 52100 steel at various loads. The tested data show that the wear resistance of Cu Ni multiple layer film with modulation wavelength of nanometers is greatly increased as compared with copper or nickel, the smaller the modulation wavelength, the higher the wear resistance.
