The Company Management and the Manager Tier Excitation Mechanism in West China's State -owned Enterprises

Starting from the actual cases of the establishment of the company m anaging structure and the excitation mechanism for the manager tier of west Chin a's state-owned enterprises, and based on the theoretical research achievements of the predecessors, this paper analyzes on the influences of the main body of mastering the company's control power, the motivation of the main body of the co ntrol, and the resources dominated by the controllers on the excitation mechanis m and the generation mechanism for the personnel of the manager tier, and puts f orward some countermeasures of changing the main body of the company, achieving the unification of company's property right and the surplus claiming right, cult uring and perfecting the local broker market, and making good use of the market pressure to perfect the excitation mechanism, etc.
