| 摘 要： | 计算机技术、网络通讯技术的发展和进步，使网络信息资源迅猛增长，用户存取、利用网络信息资源的需求与日俱增。为了适应网络环境的发展，高校图书馆应该积极开发网络信息资源，以满足用户需求。文章从技术、方法、人力资源方面探讨了高校图书馆网络信息资源建设。
