不同配电离子的GdⅢ-TTHA配合物与蛋白质相互作用的荧光光谱研究

摘    要:Gd^Ⅲ-氨基多羧酸配合物常被作为磁共振成像(MRI)造影剂,本文报道了采用荧光光谱法研究不同配电离子的Gd^Ⅲ-TTHA配合物与血清白蛋白之间的相互作用,发现二者之间存在着微弱的静电作用,而且这种作用随着配合物结构的不同而不同.

Abstract:GdIII-aminopolycarboxglicacid complexes is usually used as contrast agent of MRI. In the this paper, We study the interaction between different positive ion GdIII-TTHA complexes and BSA by FS.The results indicate there is electrostatic action between them, and this kind of is different with their structures.
