摘    要:本文介绍了实验合成的十八种不同结构的取代氨基二硫甲酸酯,并用四球机进行了磨损、摩擦试验,对这些化合物的化学结构与抗磨减摩性能的关系进行了初步考察。考察结果表明,在取代氨基二硫甲酸酯中,氨基上的取代基为二乙基、二异丁基,具有醋酸甲酯或醋酸异丙酯结构形式的酯基,具有较好的抗磨减摩性能。

Abstract:Eighteen substituted dithiocarbamates of different structures have been prepared in laboratory.These dithiocarbamates are added to the base oil in proportion to their quantity and the evaluation test with four ball wear and friction machine was performed. The relationship between the structures of these compounds and the resistance to wear and fricton has been investigated and studied. Three compounds with good resistance to wear and friction are obtained.
