现代发动机可变配气系统及电磁气门驱动机构

摘    要:车用发动机的转速变化范围较宽.传统配气机构不能满足各种转速的充量要求.采用新型可变凸轮机构和可变气门定时机构可使发动机的动力性、经济性和排放得到改善.但仍未达到理论上的理想状态.一种双弹簧、双线圈式电磁气门驱动系统可以有效地解决以上问题.该系统在设计时应考虑以下三方面的因素:气门实现软着陆;具有足够高的响应速度;较小的能耗.

Abstract:There has a wide range of the vehicle engine's velocity.Conventional valve gear can not suit the different requirements of the velocity.If we adopt the alternative camshaft mechanism or shifty valve timing mechanism,we can improve the powerful,economical and drainage function.However, it don't come up to the ideal condition.A kind of dual spring and dual coil electromagnetic drive system can solve the above problems.There are three factors should be considerated when you design this system.First,to realize the valve soft landing.Second,the system should have higher responsive velocity.Third,the engine should have lower pollute.
