| 摘 要： | 着重阐述了将ISO9001:2000质量管理体系标准引入档案工作由来,同时在档案管理过程中,通过贯彻ISO9001:2000质量管理体系标准,建立健全档案质量管理体系的运行过程,按照质量管理体系标准要求,编制有关档案管理的控制文件,强化档案服务水平,使档案利用和管理水平获得持续改进和提高.
