摘 要: | 采用高温固相反应成功地制备出Mn~(4+)激活的Mg_2TiO_4∶Mn~(4+)红色荧光粉,并对它的结构及发光性能进行了测试表征.实验结果表明:合成的样品能被270~570 nm的紫外光和蓝光有效地激发,产生很强的红光发射.样品的主发射峰位于660 nm左右,这对应于Mn~(4+)的2E2→4A2跃迁.通过Mn~(4+)掺杂浓度的调控,优化了Mg_2TiO_4∶Mn~(4+)的发光性能.最后将优化后的Mg_2TiO_4∶0.002 5Mn~(4+)荧光粉和YAG涂覆于~465 nm发射的Ga N芯片上,制作成暖白光发光二极管(LED).该LED器件表现出很强的暖白光发射.

Abstract: | Mn~(4+)-activated Mg_2TiO_4∶ Mn~(4+)red phosphor was prepared by the solid-state reaction,and its structure and luminescent properties were investigated in detail. This phosphor with a broad excitation band in UV and blue light regions shares an intense red emission at 660 nm,which is due to the 2 E2→ 4 A2 transitions of Mn~(4+). The optimized sample was obtained by adjusting the concentration of Mn~(4+). Finally,the warm light-emitting diode was obtained by coating optimized Mg_2TiO_4∶ 0. 002 5 Mn~(4+)with YAG on Ga N chip,which exhibited an intense warm white light. |
