摘    要:基于正弦波形的永恒周期性和无限阶导数连续性,结合铝合金类轻质材料焊接时仅需要较低焊接能量等特点,建立了正弦波调制脉冲MIG焊铝正弦振幅参数的简化关系式,通过试验验证了所建立的参数简化关系式的正确性和实用性,应用时易于稳定获得理想的鱼鳞纹焊缝.该简化关系式中振幅系数κ的数值范围在15.0%,23.1%]时,正弦波调制脉冲焊接具有参数值匹配区间宽、要求低,稳定工作点区域大,受外部环境干扰小等优点.所建立的简化关系式为脉冲MIG焊铝过程中各焊接参数的优化匹配奠定了理论和试验基础.

Abstract:In this paper,on the basis of the eternal periodicity and the infinite derivative continuity of sinusoidal waveform and by considering the fact that lower welding energy is required in welding light material aluminum alloy,simplified formulas were deduced to describe the sinusoidal swing parameters in the aluminum welding with sinusoid-modulated pulsed MIG welding.Then,some experiments were carried out to validate the correctness and practicality of the formulas,and ideal fish-scale welding seams are easily and stably formed in the welding process.Experimental results indicate,when κ is in the duration of 15.0%,23.1%],the sinusoid-modulated pulsed MIG welding is of wide parameter matching range,low parameter requirement,large stable working region and low sensitivity to external interferences.Thus,it is concluded that the proposed formulas provide theory and test foundation for the optimization and matching of parameters in the aluminum welding with pulsed MIG welding.
