| 摘 要： | 建立左金丸及其类方的HPLC指纹图谱.用RP-HPLC法，乙腈(A)-水(B)(含0.06%冰醋酸， 10mmol/L醋酸铵)为流动相，梯度洗脱.并对其相似度比较分析.配伍比例的不同可导致物质基础存在显著差异性.为左金丸及其类方的质量控制提供依据.

| Abstract: | To set up the HPLC fingerprint of Zuojin pill and its similar formulaes.The fingerprint of Zuojin pill and its similar formulaes were determined by RP-HPLC,acetonitrile(A)-water(B)(including 0.06% glacial acetic acid,10mmol/L ammonium acetate) as mobile phase and gradient elution.The similarity was analysed as well.Different compatibility proportion can lead to the significant difference in material foundation and serve as a quality control method for Zuojin pill and its similar formulaes. |
