摘    要:建立了顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱法(HS-SPME-GC)测定水中芳香胺类化合物的方法.采用溶胶-凝胶法,加入自制的离子液体键合固相微萃取涂层,对萃取温度、萃取时间、pH值、离子强度等实验条件进行了优化.方法的检测限为0.5~5μg/L,线性范围在10~1000μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)不大于8.6%.对东湖水样进行了测定,未检测到3种芳香胺类化合物,其回收率为87.5%~99.9%.

Abstract:A method for the determination of aromatic anilines in water has been developed by headspace solid-phase microextraction with gas chromatography(HS-SPME-GC).A homemade ionic liquid(IL) bonded coating solid-phase microextraction(SPME)was added by the sol-gel method.The extraction temperature and time,the pH,the ionic strength were optimized.The detection limits were 0.5~5 μg/L.The linear range was 10~1000 μg/L,the relative standard deviations(RSD) were no more than 8.6%.East Lake water samples were analyzed,not detected to 3 aromatic amines.The recovery rate is 87.5% to 99.9%.
