性别对创业行业进入的影响研究

伴随着女性创业的繁荣,越来越多的学者开始关注女性创业问题,然而传统的创业理论无法很好地解释为何男女企业家在创业时的行业进入方面会存在着明显的差异。将分析时点锁定在企业初创期,此时企业家对整个创业活动会产生重要影响。通过结合企业家理论以及社会网络理论,研究发现了企业家背景、企业家特质、企业家网络以及企业家的创业资本在影响男女企业家初创期行业进入决策过程中的重要作用。
