| 摘 要： | 分析了基于变频调速的装载机变速器测试台架试验功能,介绍了变速器测试台架的结构原理,设计了以计算机为数据处理中心、以PLC为数据采集和控制核心的硬件测试系统,给出了12个检测点的布置。测试台架的应用满足了变速器总成出厂检验和性能研究的需要。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the function of an automation measure and control system for the test bench of hydro-mechanical transmission assembly,and a structure principle of the test bench based on frequency control of transmission speed is proposed.Moreover,the hardware design of the measure and control system is expounded in detail,and the layout of 12 measuring points is presented,too.The application of the test bench meets the requirements of transmission production and development. |
