| Abstract: | Originated from manufacturing industry, the theory of the value engineering was extensively applied in many fields. Nonetheless, it is not always used in the bidding of China. This article took one of the electric power projeets--ACC as the example and presented the method to how to carry out this theory to bidding. Moreover, by this article, the more application of the theory is expected in the bidding. |
