微生物发酵微机集散控制系统的开发研究

摘    要:微生物发酵过程是发酵行业中一个十分重要的生产环节。文章介绍了一种满足发酵生产过程计算机集散控制系统(DCS)的实际方案,讨论了系统功能及各级组成的设计问题。着重说明了实行控制中上下位机通信软件的编制、采用动态数据交换(DDE)服务方式进行实时数据通信、监控软件的数据库系统功能设计,以及DDE客户端程序的设计方法和注意问题。

Abstract:Fermentation processof microorganism is the key procedure in fermenttation industry. First, a computer distributed control system that satisfies fermetation process is introducted and the system function and the design method are discussed. Secondly, the communication software programming, using the dynamic data exchange sewice methods to carry out the real time data communication and the data base system function of the software design are both described in greater defail. Finally, the design method of customer DDE applications and the relevant matters are for tackled.
