肠球菌研究进展

肠球菌是人类和动物肠道正常菌群的重要成员。由于抗生素的广泛使用,使肠球菌的感染不断上升,成为医院内感染的主要致病菌。由于肠球菌携带多种毒力因子和具有多重耐药性、天然耐药性以及获得性耐药等特性,给临床肠球菌感染的治疗和控制带来了极大的困难。文章就肠球菌生物学特性、分类地位、致病机制、耐药性、实验室诊断以及治疗等方面进行阐述。

Study Progress on Enterococcus

Enterococcus are commensals of the intestinal tract of human and animals and is an important opportunistic pathogen.Enterococcus have emerged as a major cause of nosocomial infections because of antibiotcs widely used.Control and therapy of Enterococcus in clinic become more and more difficult because it has special mechanisms of acquired drug resistance and some virulence factors.This study progress focuses on the biological characteristics of Enterococci,classification status,pathogenic mechanisms,antibiotic resistance,laboratory diagnosis and treatment.
