| Abstract: | This paper describes the development process of the system for synthetic optimal selection and decision making of the variant projects in railway location, which is based on the multi objective fuzzy synthetic optimal selection model, along with an application for an engineering project. It solves the problem that the traditional method fails to select the optimal project if there are intersects among quantitative indices and qualitative ones. |
