非公有制企业党的建设研究

非公有制企业党建工作属于党的建设总课题范畴，但它又是一个相对独立的课题，既有一般性原则指导的职责定位，又有其特殊的内在规律和特点，针对这种新的特点，提出一些新的观点和新建设性意见，以期对整个非公有制企业党建理论和党建工作起到借鉴和参考作用，对非公有制企业党建工作走向规范化、制度化提供探索性理论准备。
