| 摘 要： | 应用硼氢化钠还原法合成一种硒代鬼臼毒素衍生物。反应条件温和，反应物无毒，产率较高。通过红外吸收、核磁、质谱数值分析合成产物与目标产物一致。

| Abstract: | One of derivatives of selenoylpodophyllotoxin was synthesized with reduce method.The reactive condition was temperate,the raw material had no toxicity and the output was high.The derivative was the same as target molecule identified through IR,~1HNMR,~(13)CNMR and EI-MS. |
