| 摘 要： | 对有时间窗的车辆调度问题进行了分析，提出了以分派为基础的启发式算法．算法中讨论了如何完成任务所需要的车辆数，定义了两种分派费用，设计了在分派过程中安排线路的方法，并用实例进行了验证．最后对算法的适用性及进一步应用进行了讨论．

| Abstract: | In this paper, based on the analysis for characteristics of vehicle scheduling problems with time windows, an assignment heuristics is presented. In the algorithm the number of vehicles accomplishing tasks is estimated and two kinds of assignment cost are defined. An example is employed to show the effectiveness of the algorithm. Finally, the adaptability and further application of this method are discussed. |
