轻烃汽油配方的实验研究

摘    要:提出将轻烃与甲醇分别按45∶55和35∶65的体积比调和,并添加增能剂A和缓蚀剂B(质量分数为0.3%)配制出1#、2#轻烃汽油(1#燃料适用于夏季,2#燃料适用于冬季)。小型汽油机实验表明仅燃用轻烃-甲醇混合燃料发动机的动力性在高负荷下下降明显,当向上述两种轻烃汽油中添加质量分数为1.0%和1.5%的增能剂A后,可将燃油的动力性提高到90#汽油的水平,且油耗量(当量汽油)优于90#汽油。适宜在轻烃富集地区推广。

Abstract:The research develops two kinds of light hydrocarbon gasoline.1# is applicable in summer season, which contains 55%(vol.) of methanol, 45%(vol.) of light hydrocarbon, 1.5%(m) of intensifier A and 0.3%(m) of corrosion inhibitor B. 2# is better to be used in winter, in which vol. percentage of methanol is added to 65, and the intensifier A reaches to 1.5%(m). Motor performance test proves that after adding 1.0%(m) or 1.5%(m) of A to 1# or 2# gasoline, the power performance of engine can get to the level of 90# pure gasoline, and the fuel consumption rate get a little decrease than gasoline, which makes the light hydrocarbon gasoline a much better economic performance, especially in rich light hydrocarbon areas.
