| 摘 要： | 自改革开放以来,中国经济持续高速增长,与此同时,失业率却不断上升。在我国众多失业类型中,结构性失业成为主要矛盾。结构性失业是诸多经济、社会因素综合作用所致,其中经济改革以及开放型经济的发展是导致劳动力供求结构不一致的主要原因,提出加快农村富余劳动力转移,加强政府调节,抓好就业培训等相应对策。

| Abstract: | Structural unemployment rate is on the rise with China's economic reform.The growth of an export-oriented economy causes the gap between the supply and demand of labor quality.A stronger governmental coordination in surplus rural labor force transfer and in job-oriented training are recommended as some of the measures to improve the structural unemployment situation. |
