应用全反式维甲酸加砷剂联合治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病的临床观察与护理

早幼粒细胞自血病是急性白血病类型中的M3型，是骨髓中以颗粒增多或异常的早幼粒细胞增生为主，起病急，死亡率高，通过用ATRA联合砷剂治疗，取得良好效果，在观察护理中，我们通过对患者的胃肠道护理，高白细胞综合征的护理，疼痛的护理，血管的护理以及感染的护理，患者在积极治疗的基础上，提高了病情的缓解率，延长了生命．

Clinical Observation and Nursing on Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia Treated with ATRA and Arsenic Trioxide

Promyelocytic Leukemia is the type M3 of acute leucocythemia. That the granule increases and exceptional hyperlasia of promyelocyte in medulla ossitum was given priority to the symptoms. The disease comes on rapidly and has high mortality rate. Treated with ATRA and Arsenic Trioxide(As2O3) ,the result of therapy was all right. In clinical observation and nursing,the gastrointestinal tract nursing, high leukocyte syndrome nursing, ache nursing, vessel nursing and infection nursing were applied to patient. The result showed that the catabatic rate was increased and patient' s life was prolonged through active treatment.
