多疣壁虎和纵斑蜥虎骨骼系统的解剖与比较

解剖、观察并比较了多疣壁虎和纵斑蜥虎的骨骼系统。结果表明，它们具有许多共同特征：眼窝不完整，没有上颞窝，牙齿为同型、侧生齿，椎体双凹型，荐椎两枚，雄性具肛后骨。但纵斑蜥虎头颅骨块愈合程度更高，前颌骨鼻突较短，犁骨较薄弱，腭骨、翼骨相对较宽大等特征表现出比多疣壁虎来得进化。

Anatomy and Comparison of the Skeletal System of Gekko japonicus and Hemidactylus bowringii

Studies on the skeletons of Gekko japonicus and Hemidactylus bowringii collected from Fuzhou city were made in the paper. The two species had many characteristics in common in the skeleton. The bones in the cranium were hard and solid, and tightly Joined together. The ospostorbital and the quadratojugum dissappeared,while the squamosal and the jugum were non-developed. The orbit and fossa temporalis were not complete but linked to each other. There was no porietal foramen on the cranium. The dentes were pleurodont and homodont,and the centrum was amphicoelous.They had two sacrales. The male had a pair of postanal bones. The sutures in the cranium of G.japonicus were often more obvious than those of H. bowringii.A few of cartilage existed in parietal foramen zone of some G. japonicus.The nasal process of premaxilla of G.japonicus was wider and longer,but that of H. bowringii was narrower and shorter. The vomer was thicker and harder in G.japonicus,but thinner and weaker in H.bowringii.The palatine and pteryogiod,compared with the cranium,were narrower in G.japonicus but wider in H.Bowringii.The comparative results showed that the evolutional status of H. bowrtngii was perhape higher than G.japonnicus.
