| 摘 要： | 期刊级别是期刊载文的平均学术水平的标志．期刊级别的评价对文献信息部门及人才的开发、使用具有重要意义．本文采用文献计量学的指标，用模糊聚类分析的方法，对期刊进行分类，按分类确定期刊级别，实现对期刊级别的客观评价．

| Abstract: | The grade of journal is a sign of average scientific level of papers in journal.To evaluate the grade of journal is very useful for information department and department that wants to make full use of man's ability.it's defective that the grade of journal is determined by some specialist according to the properties of bibliometrics the division of journal can be easily conducted by fuzzy set approach,Then the grade of journal is evaluated by the division. |
