论水泥电杆的焊接技术

水泥电杆由于其价格经济、组装方便而被大量使用于线路建设,但受自身条件及野外环境的影响,水泥电杆的焊接质量一直得不到有效保证。从焊接材料的选用,工艺规范的制定、实施,以及焊工的技术水平等多方面,详细分析了产生焊接缺陷的原因,并提出了相应的解决办法。

Discussion on Welding Technique for Concrete Pole

The concrete pole has been widely used in the line construction because of its price economy and assembly convenience,but owning to the influence of its own limitations and field environment,the welding quality of concrete pole can not be guaranteed all the time.This paper analyzes in detail the reasons of the generation of welding defects from aspects of the selection of welding materials,the establishment and implementation of technical specifications,and the technical level of welders,etc.,and puts forward some corresponding solutions.
