| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、访谈、问卷调查等方法，对从事河南省少年乒乓球的教练员进行了调查，发现制约河南省乒乓球后备人才培养的主要因素有：科学化训练水平不高、事业心与敬业精神不强、后备人才的质量与数量欠缺、人才流失、人为干扰因素等．

| Abstract: | By the method of literature, interview, survey and etc. , investigated coaches for youth team of table tennis in Henan Province. The results showed that the main factors to restrict the cultivation of table tennis reserved talents in Henan Province are ： the low level of scientific training, deficiency in entrepreneur spirit and professional dedication, the lack of quality and quantity of reserved talents, losses of talents, and human disturbance factors, etc. |
