| Abstract: | At present according to the characteristics in the teaching of gymnastics courses in colleges and universities of our country, discussing the teaching of students according to their different conditions is the prerequisite of the optimization of the courses. In this paper the author analyzes some concrete examples and further researches how to choose and make use of the best teaching form and teaching method rationally and scientifically to achieve the optimizational result of modern gymnastics course in colleges and universities. |
